The Mama Lucy Kibaki Referral Hospital

This Level 5 referral hospital, established in honour of Kenya’s former First Lady, is a beacon of hope for improved healthcare services in the region. The facility was designed to cater to thousands of patients, providing comprehensive medical care and advanced facilities.

Technical Consultancy Role:

Contributed to the architectural and structural design to ensure the hospital met international healthcare facility standards.

Advised on the integration of advanced medical technologies and energy-efficient systems.

Oversaw project management activities, including contractor coordination and quality assurance.

Assisted in setting up hospital operations, focusing on workflow optimisation and patient-centric service delivery.

The 100 Military Hangars

In collaboration with the Department of Defence, we contributed to the construction of 100 state-of-the-art hangars designed to support military operations and aviation maintenance.
